Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says those who ordered and carried out the twin terrorist attacks in the southeastern Iranian city of Kerman will definitely face a fitting punishment and a harsh response.
The message came hours after at least 103 people were killed and 211 injured in two explosions against mourners who were on their way to visit the tomb of Qassem Soleimani, a top Iranian general who was assassinated four years ago on this day in a US drone strike near the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
The secretary general of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement says the assassination of a senior leader of the Palestinian resistance group Hamas in the Lebanese capital of Beirut will not go unpunished.
In a televised speech delivered on Wednesday, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah offered his condolences on the martyrdom of the deputy head of the Hamas politburo, Saleh al-Arouri, and five of his comrades who were killed a day earlier in a drone strike on their office in southern Beirut.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has denounced as a “cowardly terrorist operation” the Israeli assassination of the deputy head of the political bureau of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, stressing that the regime’s terror machine is a “real threat” to regional peace and security.
While it is certain that Saleh al-Arouri was eliminated with a military operation by the Israeli government led by Benjamin Netanyahu, there is only the doubt that the two explosive attacks against the faithful muslims, gathered to pray on the 4th anniversary of the death of Iranian commander of Pasdaran (Force Quds), were organized by the Mossad, Israel’s counter-intelligence, with the complicity of jihadist terrorists.
This could also have happened in response to the execution of four agents of the infamous secret service which has excellent relations with the Sunni terrorists of ISIS, enemies of the Iranian Shiites who helped Syria to get rid of the Islamic State.
Given that ISIS was founded by Caliph Al Baghdadi, whom the Iraqi People’s Liberation Movement believed to be a Mossad agent.
On December, 29, 2023 Iran has executed four people found to be linked to the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, local state media outlets have reported and RT relaunched. Three men and one woman were hanged on Friday, following an investigation involving a total of ten persons who, according to authorities, were working for West Jerusalem to damage Iran’s national security.
The massacre of 103 people in Kernon, near General Soleimani’s tomb, also occurred as Iran flexed its muscles by sending its Albroz destroyer into the Red Sea in response to bombings by US Navy warships attacking Houthis.
This is why the fuse triggered by Israel with the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, for a premeditated depopulation plan admitted by Netanyahu’s government, can turn into a global war between the Shiite Islamic world, the Zionist regime and the NATO countries that supported it even in this terrifying carnage in the Gaza Strip.
According to Iranian network Press TV, in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, a high-level seminar has been held on the ongoing situation in Gaza and the responsibility of Muslim nations towards the oppressed Gazans. Participants called for concrete action by Muslim countries to push for a ceasefire.
But the worst alarm for the Western people derives from the risk that Hezbollah or other Shiite paramilitary groups could resume organizing attacks in the West too, as feared by the former Italian Interpol official Antonio Evangelista, already attached to the Embassy in Jordan and a great expert of Islamic terrorism.
Criminals behind Kerman attacks must await fitting punishment, harsh response: Ayatollah Khamenei
by Press TV
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says those who ordered and carried out the twin terrorist attacks in the southeastern Iranian city of Kerman will definitely face a fitting punishment and a harsh response.
“Once again, the evil and criminal enemies of the Iranian nation have created a catastrophe, bringing about the martyrdom of a large number of beloved people in Kerman,” Ayatollah Khamenei said in a statement on Wednesday.

The enemies should know that the soldiers of Soleimani’s shining path will not tolerate their vile and crime and both the hands that shed the blood of the innocent people and the corrupt and mischievous minds that misled them would be tracked down as they would be target of a “fitting punishment” from now on.
The message came hours after at least 103 people were killed and 211 injured in two explosions against mourners who were on their way to visit the tomb of Qassem Soleimani, a top Iranian general who was assassinated four years ago on this day in a US drone strike near the Iraqi capital Baghdad.

“The callous criminals could not tolerate the people’s love and enthusiasm for visiting the resting place of their great commander, martyr Qassem Soleimani,” the Leader said.
Ayatollah Khamenei vowed that those behind the terrorist attack will be hunted down and face a “fitting” and “definite” punishment. “They should be aware that this tragedy will undoubtedly be met with a harsh response,” he stated.
The Leader concluded the statement by extending his solidarity and condolences to the bereaved families of the victims. “I pray to the Almighty God for their patience and consolation.”

Hezbollah chief says Hamas leader’s assassination will not go unpunished
by Press TV
The secretary general of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement says the assassination of a senior leader of the Palestinian resistance group Hamas in the Lebanese capital of Beirut will not go unpunished.
In a televised speech delivered on Wednesday, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah offered his condolences on the martyrdom of the deputy head of the Hamas politburo, Saleh al-Arouri, and five of his comrades who were killed a day earlier in a drone strike on their office in southern Beirut.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivers a speech on the 4th anniversary of the assassination of General Qaseem Soleimani, on January 3, 2024.
Nasrallah called Arouri “a brother” and “a grand commander” and said his assassination on the Lebanese soil was “a blatant attack” by the Zionist regime.
He said that those behind the assassination of Arouri would receive a punishment as he hinted at attacks by resistance groups in Palestine and other Arab countries in the region, including in Lebanon, on targets controlled by the Israeli regime and its allies.
“This dangerous crime will not go unanswered and unpunished” he added.

Nasrallah said that the direct attack to kill Arouri on Dahieh, a suburb in south of Beirut where Hezbollah has a foothold, was unprecedented since 2006 when Hezbollah and Israel were involved in a major war.
He, however, warned that any direct attack on Lebanon amid the ongoing conflict in Palestine will be met with a harsh response.
“Should the enemy think of waging a war on Lebanon, we will not abide by any rules,” said the Hezbollah leader while reiterating warnings issued by US officials to Israeli authorities that a new confrontation with Hezbollah will be costly.
Hezbollah has been trading fire with Israel since early October when the Israeli regime launched a full-scale military campaign against the Palestinians in Gaza. Hezbollah’s attacks on Israeli targets are aimed at forcing the regime to end the aggression that has left more than 22,000 people dead in Gaza.
In his Wednesday’s remarks, Nasrallah also said that Israel is hiding the casualties it has suffered in clashes with Hezbollah while describing the operations against the Israeli regime as “effective.”
He also said that neither the Israeli regime nor the United States were able to achieve any results from the ongoing aggression against Palestine and their operations across the region. “The Americans have left the region without achieving a result,” he said, while referring to reports suggesting that a US navy destroyer had left regional waters in recent days.

Israel’s terror machine ‘real threat’ to regional security, peace: Iran FM
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has denounced as a “cowardly terrorist operation” the Israeli assassination of the deputy head of the political bureau of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, stressing that the regime’s terror machine is a “real threat” to regional peace and security.
Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a social media post, a day after Saleh al-Arouri and his companions were killed in an Israeli drone attack in the Lebanese capital of Beirut. “The evil terror machine of this regime in other countries is a real threat to peace and security and a serious alarm for the security of the countries in the region,” he said in the post.
The Iranian diplomat further noted that Israel’s terrorist operations prove that the occupying regime has failed to reach its objectives in the war in Gaza despite US support.
