HAMAS Leader Ismail Haniyeh Assassinated in Tehran, Iran. Missile Launched by Israeli aircraft

Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran, Iran after attending the inauguration of the Iran’s new president, early Wednesday.
Haniyeh has been Hamas’ political leader since 2017, and had been living in exile in Qatar.
A Revolutionary Guards statement said that Haniyeh and a security guard had been ambushed at a place of residence.
Sources claim Haniyeh and his entourage were staying at a guest house of the Revolutionary Guards in Tehran at the time of the assassination.
Hamas has blamed Israel for the killing.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the assassination but suspicion y fell on Israel, which has vowed to kill Haniyeh and other leaders of Hamas.
Israel also killed Haniyeh’s three sons in a targeted strike in Gaza in April.
