The reference is to the same large strain of CoronaVirus (initialed CoV) that originated the current pandemic called SARS-Cov-2 for genetic analogies with SARS of 2003.

«Some say that these sequences are too short and it is a coincidence etc … But we answer immediately these lengths however they are segments that carry genetic information contrary to those who say it is a coincidence.
