U.S. Congress: "There is no President-Elect, yet"

While Democrat election candidate - Joe Biden is out in public claiming he is President-Elect, and while the mass media perpetuates this , the Congress of the United States has made it official: THERE IS NO PRESIDENT-ELECT, YET.

Here is the official correspondence making clear there is NO PRESIDENT ELECT yet:
